Overview
Shifts by Ledgry is scheduling built for restaurants. Set your opening, mid, and closing shifts, assign employees or leave shifts up for grabs, publish the week, and everyone sees it on their phone. Build a week from a reusable template, bulk-add shifts for one person across multiple days, or fill straight from their availability. The app prevents double-booking, weekly hour-limit overflows, and scheduling over approved time off. Names stay in the same spot all week, so one glance shows who opens, who closes, and where the gaps are. Staff clock in and out on a shared tablet with a PIN. Managers see clocked vs. scheduled hours, projected pay, missed-clock-in alerts, and payment status — then export to CSV for payroll.
