Using this website
This website is provided for information about Ledgry Digital and its services. The content here, including designs, text, and images, belongs to Ledgry Digital unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Concept projects
Projects labeled “Concept Project” are original design studies created by Ledgry Digital. They are not paying client engagements, the businesses shown are fictional, and no business outcomes or performance results are claimed for them.
Proposals and project scope
Each engagement begins with a written proposal defining its scope, deliverables, and fees. Work outside an agreed scope is discussed and approved separately before it begins.
Project engagements
Each project is governed by its own written agreement covering scope, deliverables, revision rounds, timelines, payment schedule, and cancellation. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls. Timelines assume the content and approvals we ask for arrive when requested.
Hosting and maintenance services
Ongoing services may cover managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security updates, and agreed website changes. Third-party subscriptions your site depends on are billed by those providers. Ongoing services can be cancelled as set out in your agreement.
Ownership
You own your domain, your content, and the finished website design once the project is paid in full. Ledgry Digital retains the right to display the work in a portfolio unless you ask us not to. If you leave, we hand over your files.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you supply, including that you hold the rights to any text, photography, or logos you provide, and for keeping your own account credentials secure.
Limitation of liability
We take care to build reliable, secure websites, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business results. To the extent permitted by law, Ledgry Digital's liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
